  • Day 1

    Our team start day one by removing all the top level of the soil and grass using a digger to create a prepared area ready for the digging of the equipment holes. During this time timber batten is being laid and geotextile membrane is being pinned to the area.

  • Day 2 & 3

    The EGCG team carefully mirror a grid plan created by the design team firstly digging the holes using an auger attachment ready to postcrete metal ground brackets for the equipment to slot into. Any small measurements that maybe out of place could cause the fall zones to completely change.

  • Day 4 & 5

    The granno dust is then built up throughout the area and compacted level with the surrounding timber edge ready for the laying of the artificial grass. Our coloured amaze grass is then cut in and around the gym pieces and the finalisation of the timber equipment is built. The team finish up with a power brush of the area to give the grass a perfect finish!
